TAKATE KOTE 2/3 (TORSO / INTERMEDIATE LEVEL) 

MINIMALIST TAKATE KOTE AND THIRD FRONT STRING TAKATE KOTE 

Class content: 

• Review of basic knowledge applied to the Takate Kote. 

• Review about the different types of Takate Kotes, and their functionalities. 

• Safety keys and how to avoid accidents in the harnesses taught. 

• Review of the anatomy of the Shibari models applying the harnesses taught and how to do shoulder locks for the Takate Kote. 

• Practical demo of the Takate Kote 2 and the Takate Kote 3 developed by Pauline Massimo. 

• Exercises to make the harnesses taught more practical and efficient. 

• How to apply the suspension line to each learned tie.

Requirements: 

• Previous experience is necessary, meeting minimum basic knowledge requirements (consult with the organization) or attend the initiation workshop (WORKSHOP 1). 

• You must have your material present, ropes (jute or hemp), safety scissors or equivalent

• In this class it is not possible to change roles due to the reduced time for all the content to be taught. 

• There is the possibility of attending the class as an individual to attend and make notes.

• This type of workshop is focused on one person taking the role of tying and another of being tied, and in the case of individuals it will be to take notes and questions. 

• Tickets available for pairs and individuals. It is important to respect and buy the ticket corresponding to how you attend the class since the class material is important both for those who tie but also for those who are coffins.

The class will be done by Zoom, you will access a link provided once you book and you will actively attend the content of the class, you can ask questions through the chat and your exercises can be reviewed during the classroom live.

The class will be available online in the cloud for the next 24 hours after the class ends and then it will disappear. If you can't access the class at the exact time, you can log in later and pass your questions to Pauline when you see her in the cloud.
