WORKSHOP 2 (Hips / legs)

1) The Jiai is a torso tie including the restraint of the arms completely resting on the front of the torso, a common translation of this Japanese word is "self-love" as if it were a "hug towards oneself".

(Basic harness option for car ties).

2) The Herensugea harness is a torso tie with the hands free or restricted forward. The main design of this tie is based on a bamboo or medium thin bar crossing the back with the arms blocking it and with a minimalist or complex structure to create figures and sensations.

Class content:

ā€¢ Review of basic knowledge applied to the harnesses taught.

ā€¢ Explanation of the functionalities of the harnesses taught

ā€¢ Keys to understand and work on consensus and communication during the practice of Shibari.
